Neeltje Johanna On August 2, 1952 I was born in Leiden. I was the youngest child and only daughter in a family of three children. In 1970, after obtaining my degree MULO I started as a student nurse at the University Hospital in Leiden (AZL, now University Medical Center Leiden). In 1974 I graduated as 'Nurse' and I got married. In 1975, 1977 and 1979 were born three sons and a daughter in 1989. In 2006 our 1st grandchild was born: Tit.
