Good to know, but I

A marathon is still only 20% physical and 80% mental, or was it the other way around? And what if you do not get to that 20% training and since last week actually are injured? Well, what then? And what if those 42,195 miles over three weeks on the program and you do not actually have the right running shoes, or not run? Starting and finishing on 13 April at the Coolsingel in Rotterdam seems to be the only option. All I need to finish crying and rambling on. But is this really wise?
Injuries Last Sunday was an early alarm. It was expensive cake boards maturity. 30K and preferably a few kilometers more. After having walked five kilometers, I turned around and I ran home crying softly. Where does this intense pain in the front of my shin sudden? According to Google; Shin splints, cake boards not a specific injury, but a collective name for all kinds of shin complaints. A more scientific name is "medial tibial stress syndrome." Shin Complaints are one of the most common overuse injuries in runners. Usually it is a combination of factors responsible for the onset of pain. For example:
-In a short time, too much, too often and too soon gone. -Sided forms of training, particularly training hill Walking on hard surfaces combined with poor cushioning and supportive footwear. -Shortened calf muscles
Good to know, but I'm just new shoes, not too many trained and walked though not TOO hard. So where does the pain come from and how do I get it from? Wait, I said there, new shoes? Yes! Shoes that I just purchased to absorb the shocks shoes that would help to complete them. Marathon me It was the second time I walked in these shoes and run at the first time I felt even some light stabbing into my shin. I thought this was because they were new. I tell you honestly, I'm slightly panicked. What am I going to do now? Grief is allowed, but not too long, because that does not help me. Walk on my old shoes, continue with my new shoes, take a rest, marathon / not running? I'm still sleep on it. Until then, I treat the painful area several times day with ice cream, I do some stretching exercises for the calf muscles and I dive into the pool to keep my condition.
